Beyond fitness, I’m also a huge nature lover—I find so much peace and energy in the outdoors, whether it’s hiking through the mountains, walking through a garden, or soaking up the sun at the beach. And let’s not forget music! 🎶 Music is my soul fuel, and I love everything from concerts to dancing like nobody’s watching.

Lately, I’ve been reminded that life can throw us unexpected curveballs. After recently stepping away due to an urgent situation, I’ve returned more committed than ever to sharing this journey with you. This is all part of what makes this space real—it’s not about having it all figured out, but about moving forward anyway.

I started Wellness Through Motion because I truly believe that movement is therapy for the body and mind. As we age, staying active helps us move better, feel better, and live better—reducing aches, boosting energy, and improving our overall well-being.

I wanted to create a safe, welcoming space where I can share what I’ve learned, provide motivation, and build a community of like-minded people who uplift and inspire each other.

I, too, am always working on improving my own lifestyle with wellness and movement. This is a journey for all of us, and I believe in progress, not perfection. Every day is an opportunity to move better, feel better, and learn something new about how we can take care of ourselves.

This space is also about balance—I’m a big believer in making healthier choices while still enjoying life. Everything in moderation, grace over guilt, and learning to tune into what your body truly needs.
